5 researches presented in 3 international conferences; Prof. Talledo wins Best Research Paper
In pursuit of its vision as a premiere college in the Cordillera Administrative Region and its effort to become a state university in Abra, ASIST collected another feather in the cap as five researches were presented recently in three international conferences. Among them, one won the Best Research Paper Award, another was a contender as finalist in the Social Science category, and the three shall be published in a Scopus-indexed journal.

The ASIST Strategic Planning Training Workshop was attended by the ASIST academic and administrative officials on November 8-9, 2018 at the Lafaayette, Luxury Suites Resort, Bauang, La Union with a theme “Teamwork makes the dream work”.

Last October 15 and October 16, a seminar-workshop on initial drafting and packaging of research proposals has been conducted and participated by the faculty of ASIST Main Campus and Bangued Campus at the FADC Hall. This was organized by the Research and Development Unit headed by Dr. Pablo B. Bose Jr. the Director for Research and Development. It aimed to train the faculty to make winning research proposals to be funded by outside funding agencies
