The signing ceremony paved the way for the mandatory membership registration of all Contract of Service Faculty and Job Order Employees in the Pag-IBIG Fund.

Present during the momentous occasion were Dr. Gregorio T. Turqueza Jr., ASIST President; Mrs. Mirasol T. Zapata, Supervising Administrative Officer; Mrs. Ramelda B. Begnalen, Human Resource Management Officer III; Mr. John Ruther C. Blanco, Budget Officer III; and Mr. Mark Clarence G. Picar, Accountant I. Representing the Pag-IBIG Fund were Ms. Aileen Angelie F. Abelanes, Pag-IBIG Fund Vigan Branch Head, and Ms. Kathleen Joy P. Tactay, Sales and Customer Support Assistant.

This partnership aims to provide Contract of Service Faculty and Job Order Employees with access to the various benefits offered by the Pag-IBIG Fund, such as housing loans, calamity loans, and educational assistance. Following the MOA signing, a comprehensive orientation was conducted by the Pag-IBIG Fund Vigan Branch for all Contract of Service Faculty and Job Order Employees held at the ASIST Training and Development Center (ATDC). The orientation provided valuable information on the benefits of Pag-IBIG membership, the application process, and the different programs available to members.

This collaboration between ASIST and Pag-IBIG Fund demonstrates the university's commitment to the welfare and well-being of its employees. By providing access to these valuable benefits, ASIST aims to enhance employee morale, improve their quality of life, and contribute to their overall professional development.
