As part of the ongoing efforts of the Cordillera Administrative Region Association of State Universities and Colleges (CARASUC) to secure continued support for the third-year implementation of its regional bamboo initiative, a major milestone was accomplished on April 3, 2025, through the successful presentation and submission of the CARASUC Regional Bamboo Project 2026 at the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Central Office, Manila.

The Abra State Institute of Science and Technology (ASIST) marked a significant milestone in its academic history with the first Pinning and Send-Off Ceremony for the Bachelor of Arts in Political Science program.
