The festival kicked off with a grand parade around Bontoc, the capital town of Mt. Province. ASIST’s contingent marched proudly, raising their banners high and donning the uniforms that reflected their school colors and unique identity. The opening program featured captivating performances and inspiring speeches that set the momentum for the competitions ahead. The symbolic raising of school flags highlighted the pride and aspirations of each institution. The first day saw cultural competitions, beginning at 1 PM until 8 PM. ASIST made an impressive start by securing silver and bronze medals in various events, demonstrating their artistic talent and dedication.
Over the next few days, the heart of CARASUC unfolded as sports and cultural events took place. ASIST athletes showcased their skills across multiple disciplines, embodying teamwork, resilience, passion, and sportsmanship.
