Civil Service Commission Cordillera Administrative Region (CSC-CAR) held its leadership course Strategic Leadership for Human Resource Excellence at the Abra State Institute of Sciences and Technology Bangued Campus Social Hall today. The whole-day event aims to further capacitate Human Resource professionals and leaders within CAR to provide service of excellent quality in their respective institutions and agencies, including ASIST. Attendees came from the different provinces and city of CAR: Abra, Benguet, Kalinga, Mt. Province and Baguio City.
Dr. Gregorio T. Turqueza Jr., ASIST President, graced the event through a welcome address where he reiterated the significance of continuous human resource development, especially now that we are at the recovery stage from the pandemic. He also thanked the CSC-CAR, headed by Regional Director Victoria F. Esber, in giving opportunity for ASIST to be of service to all other public servant in the region. Source: Technocrat Office
