Sa Unibersidad ng Abra Main Extension La Paz ay masiglang ipinagdiwang ang pormal pagbubukas ng Buwan ng Wika noong Agosto 28, 2025. Pinangunahan ito ng mga guro at mag-aaral mula sa iba’t-ibang departamento.

The ASIST Agriculture and Food Technology Innovation Incubation and Commercialization Center (AFTIICC) successfully hosted a Capacity Development Training on Utility Model and Patent Crafting last August 27-29, 2025.

Delegates from the Abra State Institute of Science and Technology successfully completed a four-day Lakatan Banana Tissue Culture Training and Benchmarking Activity at Quirino State University, held from August 26–29, 2025 at the RDET Complex.

The Cordillera Consortium for Agriculture, Aquatic and Resources Research and Development (CorCAARRD) under the DOST-funded project, “Upscaling ICT Infrastructure for CorCAARRD,” headed by Project Leader Dr. Paul G. Garcia Jr., officially turned over various ICT equipment and supplies to the Abra State Institute of Science and Technology as one of its collaborating partners.

Now on its second year of implementation, following the initial one-year funding support from DOST-CAR, we take pride in sustaining the Fogging System Technology for oyster mushroom production through the ASIST–Agriculture and Food Technology Innovation Incubation and Commercialization Center (AFTIICC). The technology has consistently supported year-round mushroom production, with harvests marketed either as fresh produce or as value-added processed products.
